Somtimes the simplest things in the world can make a day worth it. Last week I went with my cousin and Zachary to the Mystic Aquarium. I thought, "sure thats sounds good, Ill take my camera". I had a real great time with the fish and what not, but what was more fun was watching Zachary and Brenda's ineraction with all the new things in his life. Sea Lions, stingrays, and penguins (which were his favorite!). When I looked at the photos I noticed more then the amazement in his eyes at everything brought in front of him. He was so alert, so fresh. I thought to myself that sometimes we as adults are missing out on the simple things. Life doesn't really have to get all that complex. We create that complexity, which means we can also create that simplicity. Maybe a well needed walk in the woods or on a beach, to take it all in and resort back to the simplistic beauty that has been put in front of us. Or maybe its as easy as watching somebody like Zachary at the aquarium....
